Graduate Student
Meghan is a graduate student in the Quantitative and Computational Biosciences program at BCM. She has a BS in Bioinformatics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. During her undergraduate time she studied RNA editing sites and computational tool to identify these events from long read sequencing data. In the Lichtarge Lab, she is investigating non-coding variants and their impact in Alzheimer's Disease risk using population scale genome sequencing data.
